Many of you have asked, and I haven’t been so good about taking the time to explain what the heck i was doing in SF over the past year, why it’s been one of the most intellectually stimulating experiences of my life, what we were trying to accomplish, or even what the heck I have been so excited about. Dan Gillmor, my partner up there, posted a good report that might begin to explain.

Dan’s one of the most inspiring and honorable people I have ever worked with, so i couldn’t be more pleased that even after we find the right home for Bayosphere I’ll get to continue collaborating with him as a member of the board for his recently-announced Center for Citizen Media attached to Harvard and Berkeley.
